DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required from the driver.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER/S: A charge of €5.00 per day has to be paid for each additional Driver.
FUEL POLICY: The vehicle must be returned with the same quantity of fuel as it was received. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a Refueling Service Charge of 7€ applies over and above the cost of the fuel.
AGE REQUIREMENT: For all groups drivers must be over 21 years of age.
GUARANTORS: DRIVER #1#, DRIVER #2# and the subrenter are liable to fulfill any or all of the renters obligations concerning this rental contract.
FLEET AVAILABILITY: Limitless reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
DAILY KLM ALLOWANCE: An excess km fee of 0,05€/ applies.
BABY SEATS: Available on request with a daily charge of €4.
GPS: Available on request with a daily charge of €8.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY: Every collection or delivery which does not take place at a Limitless location shall be charged €30 (up to 15klm radius). Outside the 15klm radius an additional charge applies of €0.30/klm for all vehicle groups. The charge for every delivery or collection beyond Working Hours is €23.
OTHER CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS:
The Renter is liable for the following:
- Any damages caused to the rented vehicle or any third party due to the renters negligence or improper use of the vehicle (for example but not limited to: overweight loading of the vehicle, off road use etc)
- Damages caused by the use of the wrong fuel
- Damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement’s terms and conditions.
- Damage caused to the underneath and the top of the car, the antenna, the mirrors and the tires or while Limitless car was on board ship
- Damage caused as a result of acts of God and terrorist attacks.

PAYMENT METHOD: A valid Credit Card accepted by BOSSA NOVA, must be shown for all necessary pre-authorization amounts as well as pre-payments and settlement of final rental charges.
TRAFFIC FINES: All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.
GRACE PERIOD: At the end of the agreed rental period, Limitless allows a grace period of 29 minutes free of charge after which, the renter will be charged with a minimum of one full day rental.
TAXES: All rates and charges in this document are subject to V.A.T.
INSURANCE: All authorized drivers of Limitless vehicles are covered against damages from Fire to the rented vehicle, and Liability Insurance to Third party death, injury, and property. Both coverage are subject to General Terms of the BOSSA NONA’s insurance contract with its Insurer.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): The renters liability for damage to the rented vehicle, can be reduced, under the condition that the Greek Traffic Law is not violated, to a minimum charge of 600€ for all vehicles, by accepting a daily charge of €6 per day.
THEFT PROTECTION (TP): Theft protection is an optional service which, if accepted, relieves the renter from the financial responsibility derived from the total Theft of the vehicle, by accepting a daily charge of €6 per day. This coverage excludes any theft of personal effects and merchandise.
INCIDENT ADMINISTRATION FEE (IAF): In case of an accident due to the renter’s liability, renter has the obligation to pay to Limitless a non refundable fee of €15 to cover administration expenses.
ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS: Allowed only with the prior written agreement with Limitless.
FERRY RESTRICTIONS: Allowed only with prior written agreement with Limitless. Please note that any damage to the vehicle in transit will not be covered by any insurance.
